Monthly Tuition
Tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 1st day of the month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied immediately or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. Declined payments accrue a $10 Late Fee on the 6th day of the month. Tuition is budgeted on a 48-week year which allows for a Holiday Break in December as well as a Summer Break. We do not charge more for ‘long’ months nor less for ‘short’ months. Over the year, all 12 months average four weeks.

Lifetime Registration
This fee covers software, web fees and other administrative costs. This is a lifetime registration fee, which means if you drop your student from our program and you decide to come back, you will not be charged a registration fee again.
Changing Enrollment
Changing class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class.
To Un-Enroll from class, you must submit your request with our drop form that you are able to pick up at the office. You may also email your request to drop. Dropping must be done by the 14th of the previous month. Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. If we’ve already charged you for the upcoming month you are responsible for that month’s tuition. There are no refunds.

Makeups
We offer 1 makeup class per month for each athlete. These must be scheduled at the front desk, and expire after 30 days. After 30 days, you are no longer to makeup absences.
Excessive Absences
Students who are absent for over a month will receive a phone call just to follow up with parents about their student’s attendance. If we don’t receive any sort of communication back, then the student will be dropped to avoid future charges if student is no longer attending.
Class Procedures
Please drop your athlete off outside of our front door. We have created star placemarkers in order to socially distanced your athletes. Athletes will wait here until a staff member checks them into class. Staff will verify their spot in class, ask them questions about how they are feeling, take their touchless temperature, and sanitize their hands before entering our facility. If any athlete shows or responds with signs or symptoms, they will be asked to be taken home.
