Mini Gym Classes
Tinys 18 mos-2 years
In our Tinys class, Tiny athletes will train on beams, bars, vault, floor, and some trampoline. Focus in this class is on balance, coordination, and basic gymnastics moves like jumping, swinging, and balancing. Coaches also emphasize listening and working with other students.
Littles 3-4 years
In Littles your athletes will learn challenging skills and combinations to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. They will also work on social skills such as taking turns, listening, following instructions, and team work. They will train on the floor, vault, bars, beams, and trampolines.
Fives
This class focuses on flexibility, agility, and speed training. Your athlete will begin training fundamental gymnastics skills like handstands, cartwheels, rolls, and even round offs.
Turbos
Turbos is an advanced preschool class. Coaches must recommend or invite athletes for registration. It is coached based off of the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Level 1 Curriculum.

Girls & Boys Gymnastics
Our gymnastics program provides a non-competitive, achievement oriented program of building self-esteem and confidence, progressive skills, conditioning, flexibility and FUN! Our Gymnastics Program is split into section based on age and level. Our levels begin at Level 1 and progress into Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.
Tumbling
In Tumbling athletes focus on three events including trampoline, floor, and double mini trampoline. This class is great for divers, gymnasts, aspiring competitors, and anyone who is interested in defying gravity. Students will focus on skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, back handsprings, and back tucks.

Please make sure to call ahead if you plan on coming to register for a class. Some classes may be full. Our classes are first come first serve.
