FOUR STARS GYMNASTICS ACADEMY PROCEDURES
MONTHLY TUITION: Tuition is paid monthly via direct debit from any major credit or debit card on the 1st day of the month. Declined payments (expired card, etc.) must be remedied immediately or you risk losing your class spot to a waiting student. Declined payments accrue a $10 Late Fee on the 6th day of the month. Tuition is budgeted on a 48-week year which allows for a Holiday Break in December as well as a Summer Break. We do not charge more for ‘long’ months nor less for ‘short’ months. Over the year, all 12 months average four weeks.
WE DO NOT INVOICE: Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will notify you by email if your tuition is unable to process or is not received.
LIFETIME REGISTRATION FEE: This fee covers software, web fees and other administrative costs. This is a lifetime registration fee, which means if you drop your student from our program and you decide to come back, you will not be charged a registration fee again.
UNENROLLING, CHANGING CLASSES
JOINING: Enroll anytime, will prorate if you join in the middle of the month.
CHANGING class day, time, or program is permitted at any time during your enrollment as long as there is room in the desired class.
UN-ENROLLING: To un-enroll from class, you must submit your request with our drop form that you are able to pick up at the office. Upon receiving your request, we will update your enrollment accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. If we’ve already charged you for the upcoming month you are responsible for that month’s tuitions. There are no refunds.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the payment for your child’s classes whether your student attends class until you fill out an official drop form and turn it in to the office staff preferably before the 15th of the month. If your student stops coming to class without a drop form, then the student’s account will be charged for the upcoming month. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class.
If you have a special situation, please call Four Stars Gymnastics as soon as possible. We will try our best to work with you.
MAKE UP PROCEDURES:
- 1 per month, please. Due to large class sizes.
- Within 4 weeks after missed class date
- Must be actively enrolled to schedule
- Based on availability
- Account must be current
COMMUNICATION: FSGA will communicate with parents via email, auto dialer and on Instagram, so please check your emails, voicemails, and Instagram for upcoming holiday closures or weather closures.
Students that arrive more than 20 minutes late should schedule a make up class at the office due to warm up being the most important part of class. We want to make sure our students are safe.
